IB... Low and Fast .. 98% of the borrows you need that are hard to borrow at many brokers.. Great premarket data.. Very secure!

yeah, I just called them.
It's 0.40 cents for 100 shrs., but $4 for 1,000.

I thought that 0.40 cents was too good 2B true!
